In over 40 years, our family business has never experienced the ever-evolving challenge that the COVID-19 pandemic is presenting. We like so many small businesses are determined to operate in a manner that keeps both our customers and staff safe. We are monitoring the situation daily and adapting our business in line with government advice.
We would like to do all that we can in the unprecedented circumstances we find ourselves to minimise the contact between our team and clients. As such, prior to attending any emergency breakdown one of our engineers will call to determine if they can diagnose over the phone/video call.
We will continue to offer a 24 hour emergency breakdown call out service to our customers, to ensure access to hot water and heating is available.
Repair, maintenance and call out work will continue where safe to do so, with specific priority to the the care homes, hospitals and schools that we look after.
If you call us with an emergency we will ask you if you are confirmed to have contracted Covid-19 or are displaying any of the symptoms self-isolating. To help prevent the spread of the virus to other households and our Engineers, we are unable to attend until it is safe to do so.
However, we still have some options where we may be able to help and will talk you through these. Every situation is different so please call and we will be able to advise.

We are very aware that during this time many are struggling to get out to the shops to collect essentials, in particular in the remote villages where we are based.
If you do require anything picking up please do let us know. Our engineers are in and around the area and we will very happily support where we can.
