Who are we?

Established in 1978 by Alan Drummond, Drummond Heating is a family run business located on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border. Both the founder and his daughter, Heidi, work together to guide their team of dedicated and well trained engineers, to provide a trusted service heating homes and businesses.

As we enter our 5th decade in business, it gives us scope to reflect and move forward with purpose. The climate is changing, and we have a responsibility to our planet to do business differently. This thought drives our vision of green Energy in Every Home & Business.

Home owner & Landlord gas safety certification. Oil, gas, LPG, underfloor heating air source heat pumps and hot water cylinders.

Julie joined us in the summer of 2013 and her role is an easy one to sum up - we could not live without her. Julie deals with clients, queries, estimates, invoices. She also plays Mother Hen to our Engineers.

Rob (AKA ‘The Boiler Whisperer’). Rob eats, sleeps and breathes boilers and heating systems. He is one of our most qualified Engineer and openly admits that he gets way too excited about heating controls!

Leon England | Commercial & Domestic Heating Engineer

Leon (AKA Bruce Willis), initially working as a subcontractor, decided he loved us so much that he would join us permanently. In his spare time, Leon enjoys volunteering for every call-out going!

Tony Drummond | Senior Domestic Heating Engineer

Alan’s brother, Tony, is our longest serving Engineer. Tony is a keen gardener and, when he’s not playing LOL dolls with his great-granddaughter, he can often be found on his hands and knees in the flower bed.

Perfect Brew: Latte with 1 sugar

Jake Gulliver | Plumber

An old head on young shoulders, likes a challenge and loves working on anything mechanical. When he’s not tinkering with boilers, he can be found under his van bonnet or racing on his motocross bike.

Perfect Brew: Builds tea

Adam Hawkins | Plumber

Nothing is too much trouble for Adam, he will go out of his way to help others, and he always does it with a huge smile on his face. Recently married, Adam enjoys sea fishing and eating out.

Karen Wells | Marketing & Office Manager

Often found surrounded by lists and post-it notes, Karen is passionate about the environment and is the perfect person to promote our vision of reducing energy consumption in the home and our own office.

Kendra has worked her way up from testing the absorption rate of the carpets to providing a perfect solution in getting all of our team out in the fresh air. Meetings are now far more productive.

Alan Drummond | Founder & CEO

Heidi joined Drummond Heating in 2012 and stepped up as Managing Director in 2019. Her vision is for ‘Green Energy in Every Home’. She has two children and is passionate about, supporting the homeless and humanitarian aid.

Alan started the company over 40 years ago. He has an in-depth knowledge of the heating industry and incredible technical ability to repair the most problematic of heating systems. He is requested daily by his much loved customers.
